- 24/7 phone support for critical service issues
Customer Responsibilites
- Day to day administration - e.g. setting up new email accounts, deleting users - via web interface.
- End user admin and queries

Terms

- Month to month contract.
- Monthly fees payable by UK bank Standing Order, Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard) or paypal subscription.
